1. Booking slots will be available for 15 days at a time. The l6th day booking will be opened at 00.00 hrs every day

Subsequent Booking / Next date of appointment will be available not earlier than 4 days from the expiry of two months.Online Booking Window will open 15 days in advance.

For example, if an ex-employee visits our Doctor on 01-08-2022, then next date of visit will be on or after 26-09-2022 and Booking for the same can be made in mobile on or afer 12-09-2022.

2. Booking slots for each doctor is limited to 25 patients per day.

3. In case of any exigency, appointments may be shifted to another doctor as per availability.

4. On the day of appointment, please visit Ispat Bhawan between 10am to 1pm.

5. Cancellation must be DONE ON OR BEFORE THE DATE OF CONSULTATION. If not cancelled, next booking date will be counted from the date of visit date whether the same was availed or not.

6. Administrative Booking to be allowed only in case of exceptional circumstances with prior approval of the Doctor concerned
